Risk Disclosure
Nature of the service
BinaryBias provides non-personalised FX market probability analytics for informational and educational purposes only. Model outputs are not investment advice, not investment recommendations, and not transaction instructions for any financial instrument.
BinaryBias does not provide broker services, order execution, copy trading, account-specific risk sizing, or portfolio management.
BinaryBias is a paid software service produced by BinaryBias.ai. The disclosed legal entity is BinaryBias.ai. The service presents general FX probability analytics, model observations, and related archives. The service is designed to describe model outputs at a general level, not to tell any user what transaction to enter, avoid, size, hold, close, or copy.
Objective presentation
Model-output pages identify available display metadata such as pair, timeframe, publication time, model version, threshold version, source category, and observation assumptions. Publication times, pair labels, and stored prices are service records; probability scores, directional classifications, accuracy observations, and other analytics are estimates or calculations that can be wrong.
Users should read every output together with the Methodology page and the output disclosure shown in the interface. Disclaimers do not change the factual nature of the information shown, and users should not treat a disclaimer as a substitute for independent review.
Informational and educational use
The information shown in BinaryBias is provided for informational and educational use only. It may help users review market conditions, compare model outputs, or study historical observations, but it is not a substitute for independent research, professional advice, or a user's own judgment.
No screen, probability, direction, label, alert, archive entry, chart, statistic, or commentary is a recommendation, instruction, invitation, inducement, or offer to buy, sell, hold, roll, exercise, or otherwise transact in any financial instrument.
No advice, recommendation, or execution
BinaryBias does not provide investment advice, trading advice, personal recommendations, regulated financial advice, broker services, dealing services, order execution, order reception and transmission, order routing, execution-only access, custody, account management, portfolio management, or copy-trading services.
BinaryBias does not place trades, route orders, connect users to a broker for execution, manage a brokerage account, or monitor whether a user enters, exits, profits from, or loses money on any transaction.
No personalised suitability or sizing
BinaryBias does not assess whether any market view, instrument, strategy, timeframe, product, leverage level, or transaction is suitable or appropriate for any particular user. The service does not produce outputs based on a user's account balance, income, objectives, experience, loss capacity, tax position, jurisdiction, portfolio, open positions, risk tolerance, or liquidity needs.
Any examples, probabilities, directional labels, confidence measures, timeframes, or market references are general analytics. They are not account-specific position sizing, stop-loss placement, take-profit placement, risk budgeting, margin guidance, portfolio allocation, or personalised suitability analysis.
Market and model risk
Model accuracy, archives, and historical observations are not reliable indicators of future performance. Foreign exchange, derivatives, CFDs, and leveraged products involve a high risk of loss.
Foreign exchange prices can move rapidly, data feeds can be delayed or incomplete, and model outputs can be wrong, stale, or unavailable. Users remain solely responsible for their own research and decisions.
FX markets can be affected by liquidity, leverage, interest rates, central-bank action, political events, economic data, news, market stress, trading-session changes, and sudden gaps. Volatility can increase without warning and may make losses larger or faster than expected, especially where leveraged or derivative products are used.
Prices shown in the app may be indicative, aggregated, rounded, delayed, or sourced from venues that differ from a user's broker or execution venue. Indicative prices are not firm quotes and may differ from executable bid, ask, spread, fill, slippage, commission, funding, margin, tax, or settlement terms available to any user.
Sources, assumptions, and conflicts
BinaryBias uses configured third-party FX market-data feeds and internal model-processing pipelines. Sources may be unreliable during provider outages, late delivery, missing records, symbol mapping changes, market disruption, technical failures, or correction cycles.
Displayed observations assume the configured thresholds, observation window, indicative prices, and available records. They do not include spreads, fees, commissions, slippage, taxes, funding, margin, execution availability, account restrictions, or personal constraints.
BinaryBias is a paid software product. Users should consider that commercial context when reviewing product displays, methodology descriptions, and historical observations.
Data availability and corrections
BinaryBias depends on third-party and internal data, infrastructure, model pipelines, and publication systems. Data may be delayed, missing, duplicated, mislabelled, incomplete, corrupted, corrected after publication, or unavailable during outages, maintenance, provider failures, network failures, rate limits, or exceptional market conditions.
We may correct, restate, remove, or replace displayed data, model outputs, archives, calculations, labels, and methodology references when errors or quality issues are identified. A correction may change previously displayed probabilities, prices, outcomes, timestamps, accuracy observations, or archive entries.
Model and AI risk
BinaryBias model outputs are estimates, not facts. They can be wrong, stale, biased, overfit to historical data, affected by poor data quality, or unsuitable for current market conditions. Models may fail when market regimes change, relationships break down, volatility shifts, liquidity changes, or inputs stop reflecting the conditions the model was trained or calibrated on.
Artificial intelligence and statistical systems can produce outputs that appear precise while still being materially incorrect. A probability value is not a promise that an outcome will occur, a complete measure of risk, or a statistical advantage that can be used without independent verification.
Historical and archive limitations
Archives, accuracy observations, historical model outputs, and past price movements are provided to show what was observed or calculated under particular data and methodology conditions. They are not reliable indicators of future performance and may not reflect later market conditions, live execution costs, liquidity, spread, slippage, fees, taxes, funding, latency, or product restrictions.
Any historical or performance-related display is a limited observation about past data, not a backtest guarantee, live trading result, client result, expected return, or proof that the same output would be profitable or executable in the future.
Prohibited uses
The service must not be used as a binary-options signal service, broker execution layer, copy-trading source, account-specific position sizing tool, or portfolio-management service.
Users must not present, resell, integrate, automate, or rely on BinaryBias outputs as execution-ready trade signals, binary-options signals, broker instructions, auto-trading triggers, copy-trading inputs, managed-account instructions, personal recommendations, portfolio management, account-specific sizing, order-routing logic, or any service that tells another person what transaction to make.
Users must not use BinaryBias to avoid licensing, registration, disclosure, suitability, product-governance, consumer-protection, or financial-promotion requirements that apply to their own activities.
Subscriptions and access
A paid subscription provides access to software features, model-output coverage, archives, pairs, timeframes, or other product functionality. It does not imply a better chance of profit, better execution, preferred market access, broker connectivity, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed data availability, or outputs that are suitable for live trading.
Subscription fees are charged for access to the service, not for performance, returns, trading outcomes, successful model outputs, or execution-ready instructions.
User responsibility and restrictions
Users are responsible for deciding whether and how they use any information from BinaryBias, for obtaining appropriate independent advice where needed, and for understanding the risks, costs, taxes, laws, product restrictions, and regulatory requirements that apply in their jurisdiction.
Some FX, derivative, CFD, leveraged, binary-options, or related products may be restricted, unsuitable, unlawful, or available only to particular user categories in certain jurisdictions. BinaryBias does not determine whether any product, venue, broker, strategy, or financial activity is lawful, available, appropriate, or suitable for any user.
Changes to this disclosure
This risk disclosure is product disclosure language for the BinaryBias service and is not legal advice to any user. It describes the service as currently offered and forms part of the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Cookie and Storage Notice, and Methodology page.
We may update this page as the service, data sources, methodology, subscription model, applicable rules, or regulatory guidance changes. Continued use of the service after an update means the current version of this disclosure applies to that use.
