BinaryBias is the controller for personal data processed in connection with the BinaryBias website and application. For privacy questions or requests, use the available BinaryBias support, account, or contact channels.

This notice explains how BinaryBias processes personal data when a user visits the site, creates an account, subscribes to paid access, uses non-personalised FX probability analytics, or contacts support. BinaryBias does not use personal data to personalise market probability outputs.

Depending on how the service is used, BinaryBias may process:

• Account identifiers, user IDs, and email addresses.
• Subscription plan, payment status, invoices, and access state.
• Authentication records such as login events, session identifiers, password reset records, and account security events.
• Technical logs such as IP address, device and browser information, request timestamps, error records, and service diagnostics.
• Usage and security logs used to operate, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
• Support, email, and other communications sent to or from BinaryBias.
• Local preferences, such as chart layout choices, where they are stored in the browser or can be linked to an account or session.

BinaryBias processes personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• To create accounts, authenticate users, provide paid features, manage subscriptions, and deliver the requested service. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into a contract.
• To issue invoices, keep required accounting records, respond to lawful requests, and comply with tax, bookkeeping, and other legal requirements. The legal basis is legal obligation.
• To maintain service availability, prevent fraud and misuse, investigate errors, secure accounts, and improve reliability. The legal basis is BinaryBias' legitimate interest in operating and protecting a paid SaaS service.
• To respond to support requests and administrative messages. The legal basis is contract where the request relates to the service and legitimate interests where the request is general or pre-contractual.
• For non-essential analytics, marketing cookies, newsletters, or similar optional processing, if added later. The legal basis will be consent where required, and users must be able to withdraw that consent.

BinaryBias may share personal data with processors and service providers only where needed to run the service, meet legal duties, or protect rights.

• Authentication, account, and identity providers.
• Billing, payment, invoice, and subscription providers.
• Hosting, deployment, database, and storage providers.
• Realtime infrastructure providers.
• Support, email, and notification providers.
• Logging, monitoring, analytics, reliability, and security providers.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties where needed for compliance, dispute handling, or lawful requests.

Some providers may process personal data outside Denmark or the EU/EEA. Where required, BinaryBias relies on appropriate transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, EU standard contractual clauses, supplementary measures, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

BinaryBias keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

• Account data is normally kept while the account is active and for a limited period after closure for support, audit, and dispute needs.
• Billing, invoice, and accounting records are kept for the period required under applicable bookkeeping and tax rules.
• Security, access, and technical logs are kept for limited operational and security periods, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
• Support communications are kept while needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable service history.

Subject to the conditions and limits in data protection law, users may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Users may contact BinaryBias first so the issue can be assessed. EU and Danish users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Denmark, the authority is Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

BinaryBias provides non-personalised FX probability analytics. The service does not make automated decisions about users based on personal data that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for them.

BinaryBias uses technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication controls, logging, provider security measures, and operational review. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users are responsible for protecting their credentials and notifying BinaryBias of suspected account misuse.

BinaryBias is a paid analytics service intended for adults and is not directed to children or minors. Users who are not old enough to enter into a binding subscription agreement in their jurisdiction must not create an account or use the paid service.

BinaryBias may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, subscription access, service security, realtime session handling, and local preferences. See the Cookie and Storage Notice for more detail. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only where BinaryBias has a lawful basis or required consent.

BinaryBias may update this notice when the service, providers, processing activities, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows when the notice was last revised. Material changes are brought to users' attention where required.
